New Microsoft^® Windows Small Business Server setup
This service includes building and configuring a new Microsoft^® Windows Small Business Server for your network, setting up users, shared folders, printers, email, data backup, and installing up to 4 applications on the server. Server hardware and software not included.

Rebuild a Microsoft^® Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer
This service includes backing up your data, formatting/erasing the hard drive, re-installing Microsoft^® Windows and your programs, and re-configuring your email and Internet services, and restoring your data. No software included.

Malware Removal
Do you suspect your computer might be infected with a virus? This service includes removing malware from a Microsoft^® Windows Desktop/Laptop to the extent it can be removed in a timely manner. If the malware contamination appears to be significant, we will recommend rebuilding the computer to ensure all malware is removed and your $99 will be applied toward the cost of the rebuild. No software included.
